They were able to quickly fix a problem with the folding roof. Great service at short notice.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND
After speaking to a salesman about fitting out my new van with shelving and receiving a quote everything appeared to be organised. Over a month later I was told the shelving had finally arrived and was ready to be fitted. I had 2 options, get the van half fitted out then come back to get it completed or to wait a couple more weeks and get it all done at once. I advised i would rather wait as it was a 3 hour round trip to and from the store. After a few more weeks i received a phone call and was told everything had arrived and we booked in a time. When i dropped off the van I then had to AGAIN go over where everything was going to be mounted ect then about 3 hours after leaving I received a phone call advising that not everything had arrived and i would need to rebook another appointment. I picked up the van and found the torpedo tube was hanging about 2m over the front of the car making it awkward to stop at intersections as it would hang over the road, I also found a new chip in the rear door and the shelves were not installed as I specified. I then rebooked and waited another couple of weeks for more shelving to arrive. After getting the van fully fitted out I found the whirly was different to the one I asked for and not centred as I specifically asked (i was told the ladder racks were in the way but this is clearly not true), I found the shelving was not installed as I specified it to be on 3 occasions, the hand wash system was leaking in 2 areas and I was charged twice for my single whirly.
To there credit Roof Rack City compensated me a small amount to fix the chip in the rear door, cut back the torpedo tube, refunded the whirly that was double charged and offered to install a capping holder as a compensation for installing the shelves incorrectly but there was so much messing around and I ended up fixing the hand wash myself to save me yet another trip back.
