Dogtainers Pet Transport Melbourne

Moved my pets from Brisbane to Auckland and what a great service. I got photos, small video clips and constant updates. I did get quotes from many pet shippers and Dogtainers work out very competitive, not the cheapest nut not the most expensive, worth every penny. Will use when i return to Australia in in a few months time.

You guys helped me get my new puppy from a breeder in Sydney, I made the Bookings with you and then two days later my fur baby was delivers thanks guys, very easy.

They have lost a valued family member Simba right now 16 Dec 2016, its been nearly 24 hours. Someone (working for Dogtainers) opened his cage and released him, first they claimed it occurred at the airport, now they claim it was not at the airport, but in a suburban street. They claim they needed to fill his water bowl, surely this can be done without releasing the animal! Simbas family is devastated. Simba is an assistance dog for their autistic son! Shame on Dogtainers. Avoid this company at all costs.. They have shut down all communications and are not answering their phones as they can not and do not want to deal with this.

Used you to fly my new puppy home from Sydney to Brisbane then again last week for my Cat, we went with Virgin Australia and the service was great thank you so much.

Used Dogtainers Brisbane office to transport Jake to the UK and then back again 2 months ago, great girls in the office, fantastic service and the whole trip planned for me. Jake loved the trip and was in perfectly safe hands all the time. I saw he get taken off the plan when we refilled with fuel and a 4 hour layover and he looked as happy as can be. Thanks to Emirates also who was great telling me with Dogtainers what's going on.
