horrible customer service - the bloke answers the phone for help is aggressive and extre arrogant

I bought their garage door opener unit two years ago and every time I call for help I'm yelled and interrogated by this man always the answers the phone. I'm so uncomfortable reaching them out for help anymore and I'm considering replacing their unit.
