North Queensland X - Ray Services

There is something very wroong with this company. Customer service seems very low on its priority. Phones go straight to waiting and never get answered. Have been online for 20 mins with no luck many times. Emails are also ignored. Why not hire extra staff if the current staff are too busy to answer calls? I suppose it would hit their profit margin. All they are doing is making the other xray company in Townsville look very appealing.
