My call tofor a second opinion was acted upon immediately.



I am 45 years of age and up until this week did not have a filling. In severe pain, and living in a different area, I went to another local Dentist and was told I would potentially need a permanent denture (at worst) or a root canal / crown (at best). I felt ill at ease with these findings.



I was in severe pain and felt compelled to call upon this Dentist for his expertise, honesty and genuine desire help. Upon receiving my call an appointment was created for me the next day. He identified the problem, something which the previous dentist was unable to do. Photographs were taken to let me see what had happened and he communicated the best way to proceed. Again, this is something the previous Dentist did not do.



Following my treatment, the dentist called me to see how I was feeling and asked me a series of questions to ascertain my progress. I well believe had I not improved, he would have seen me, despite it being a weekend.



I have been booked for a follow up procedure - for a porcelain crown; not only is this is ales radical option, it is also far less expensive. This is further evidence of the Dentist’s integrity and why they have my implicit trust.



I'm going to invest in a device that will stop me from grinding my teeth at night as this is the underlying cause of the problem; again testament to this Dentist's desire to prevent, rather than treat. I am so pleased that I trusted my instinct and called upon this dentist for a second opinion.
