Terrible Service....I have used many real estate agents right across Australia, this company rates by far as the worse. They lack the will to accept online payments for rent and bills, they are extremely harsh when it comes to ingoing and outgoing reports. I also had the owners complaining of the handling of various maintenance requests.

In my opinion AVOID at all costs, weather you are a prospective home buyer, tenant, or owner.
