Customer service

I am extremely disappointed with Kogan’s customer service.



On 13/12, I opened a support case regarding a fridge I purchased, as it does not fit in my kitchen as expected. Since then, this issue has been ongoing for weeks with no resolution.



Kogan did send an email, but no concrete action has been taken. I clearly requested either a collection/return or an exchange, yet nothing has been organised so far. There has been a serious lack of follow-up, communication, and urgency.



This situation has left me without a proper solution and caused significant stress and inconvenience in my home. A fridge is an essential appliance, and it is unacceptable to be waiting this long without a clear outcome.



I am based in Sydney, Australia, and I expected a much higher standard of service from a well-known company like Kogan. At this point, I feel ignored and very frustrated.



I would not recommend Kogan based on my experience unless they significantly improve their after-sales support and accountability.

HEADS UP Dont Deal With This Company

i pitty anyone who has a problem or warranty issue.Convienently theres nobody to call.

the customer care has a protocol to deal with issues and use intelligent wording to push away customers. "ONCE PROCESSED". well that could be when your dead if indeed it ever actually happens. Stay clear.

Kogan first membership?

The 1st time I found out I became a Kogan 1st member was when $99 was deducted from my credit card. I have sent emails to no avail! Nobody from Kogan will help! Perhaps VCAT can get to the bottom of this??

Not good

Orderrd something, and not as advertised. Refuse to return messages to check if this was right. Always a bad sign. The website makes you go around in circles and not allow you to contact, except I got a message form to work. Always a bad sign. Tried yellow pages, only a dummy phone number saying to go to website. Definitely a bad sign. What sort of company keeps this up all week? Your money they care about, you and quality? They probably expect by not replying they can time out the return period. Who should be timed out?
