Unfortunately not a good experience. They provided us with a quote to replace the turbo on our Freelander. It seemed well off the mark to me but when we said we wanted to consider it, they hit us with a huge inspection fee. This was out of the Blue and hadn't been discussed before we brought the car in. Actually they tried to make me feel comfortable that there could be no surprises because they would provide a quote. Slick sales and seems to be all about the money. I don't know about their workmanship, but I know what usually follows this type of attitude.
