I engaged Sharp Commercial to supply and install carpet tiles at my office and it was the worst commercial experience I have been through. They didn't meet deadlines, the defects list was extensive (I ended up bringing in a a third party to document them), they attempted to rectify and even bring in professional carpet layers (I thought they were the professionals), and in the end they walked away not fixing the defects and leaving me with a disaster to clean up.

After about four months from when the job was suppose to be completed we had to pay another business to fix everything, and still there are items that are not fixable, in my opinion, because the job was not done properly to begin with. After I had repairs made, which cost me thousands of dollars, I notified them that it cost more then the remaining balance. They then brought legal action against me for the remaining balance. After another 6 months of stress we had the hearing and were awarded costs for the repairs. I do not recommend.
