I had a bad experience too, though it was a few years ago. Got delivered furniture that was scratched. I said I'd be happy with touch up paint, but after multiple calls they couldn't even be bothered with that. I wouldn't go there again - they suck at customer service.....

I am not one for reviews , i generally give everybody the benefit of the doubt. However Nick Daniels failed us miserably. they say once a problem occurs that shows you the real colours of a person. Well, we spent a few thousand dollars there and that will be the last time we will be going back there. The after sale service was absolutely frustratingly hopeless. We had to threatening him to give a refund on faulty goods..If i was rating the furniture 7/10 if i was rating Nick 1/10..

I ordered an outdoor setting from Nick in November, he told me delivery would be before for Christmas. After multiply delivery dates and even more excuses he did not have it to my by February. He now tells me it was damaged on delivery to him (which I still believe he is once again lying) and has cancelled my order! So 3 months of wasted time and a lot of heartbreak! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY, it will save you a lot of trouble!! If you have a similar bad experience, please contact consumers affair, the more reports the better. It may save other people the trouble of dealing with him!!
