Capitol Body Corporate Administration

I have found there had to work with and to me they don’t want to work with your complex. I have found it hard to get my complaints herd. They only seem to care when you go to leave. I have seen them change the location of the AGM with permission from the committee and do not accurate record the meeting minutes. Like many other comets here I too feel their communication is poor. I have no faith in their company and could not recommend them.

Capitol's management is a chaos and disaster. Didn't fix anything except charging levies. Need a thorough auditing of their business. Word-of-mouth is terrible. With so many other BC agents in this market, avoid using Capitol and save your capital (money).

The managers and committee do not respond to requests quick enough. The fees are way too high comparing when nothing gets done anyway or it takes forever to get done. It gets owners really wondering where does the money go and why is nothing getting fixed in time or in a reasonable manner and time. Poor value and poor customer service.

Capitol is the Body Corporate for my townhouse complex and I am very happy with their services. I am a committee member and Fallon is the Community Relationship Manager. Her expertise in her field and her very informative and professional advice is always appreciated .A very efficient CRM and a very competent strata team.
