3 years ago Richard fitted out my shop with new LED strip lights (36). Within 6 months globes were shorting and whilst he did replace the first 8 as part of the 'warranty', after this point, he said the company he bought these from were no longer trading and so he would not honour his warranty to me. He was non plussed when I asked about his warranty to me as a customer. Since then I've had to replace each of the lights when they fail, to the point that now all have been replaced at extra cost to me.
