Quality of work is to be desired, doesn't turn up when needed or refused to come. Sent him to do some work at my grandparents place and couldn't follow direction. Upset the oldies and screamed at them on the phone saying he couldn't find the place and refused to go. Rang him back to confirm and his rudeness on the phone, plainly refused to attend. Gave him another chance to do more cleaning did the same as above to someone else. Do not recommend this too bit operation.
