Redlands Bakehouse

Some of the staff is not friendly at all , one person in particular won't even bother to say Hello or thank you, she is very unpleasant. I had to take 2 items back on different occasions; the first time it was old and tasted rancid, the second time the roll was half empty and looked horrible. I was given a product exchange but no apology at all.

My card declined today- the young boy working ( Didn't think to get his name ) offered to pay.. Such a kind and appreciated gesture,absolutey made my day!!! First time Ive gone to this bakery - definitely recommended now. Thank you so much again !
