As I thought when the amazing Eleabe was to retire, the new owner would price hike and now it's happening.

Disappointed that Fran doesn't understand the the concept of client loyalty....I undrestand prices ...but to go from a $80 perm to $180 is questionable..if it was for long hair yes, that's ok...but my hair is above shoukder lengh so kind of short to mid length and $180 is excessive...given we had a conversation prior to yesterday that it would be a cost of $120 and I did not have a cut or blow dry....Fran not happy with that :) ...but took the agreed $120 payment with many thanks.

The clients don't want a price gouge....stay tue to the clients and they will be true to you....Elesabe deserves credit for her knowledge of her clients and I'm sure she would be really disappionted with your current prices for valued customers.

Word of mouth has been truely good for the business for Elsabe.

Give it some thought as to being true to Elsabe's longevity in the industry.....she really has something to learn from.
