First Stop Tilers & Bathroom Renovations

Bill started my bathroom renovation 3 months ago. To this date I have a gutted bathroom and pile of rubbish. I have paid him nearly $4000 for this. $1000 was for a bath he said he purchased for me from a bathroom shop, when i called they said they've never received an order from Bill.He has given me every excuse in the book about why he's been unable to complete my renovation. He said he would refund my money but he will not. He will not answer my calls or texts. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life.

I am experiencing the same issue. Are you just letting Bill get away with this? If we can all share our experience with VCAT. We will have leverage to get our money back.

Seems to be a common thing with First stop tilers. Handed over money only 2 hours work done. I am off to VCAT. I rate this business -10

I am one of 3 customers who have given money only to have 2 hours work done, no refund, no return calls and a huge mess that I now have to get an actual professional to pay extra to finish. He has also taken down our requests for payment from his FB page. Do not use ever
