Pappa's Pizza you have under cooked your pizzas tonight. Even the second time you sent the pizza tknight you can see it was under cooked! This is my complaint and you can't change it! It's our opinion and one of your staffs opinion against the managers opinion. I expect a call from the pizza shop owner (you have my details) because I don't expect to be dismissed nor hung up on.
The staff that picked up the pizza to show the manager was exactly as I expect...calm, apologetic, empathetic but not the manager. Apparently, you couldn't manage this tonight.
Very disgruntled and unsatisfied with the pizza and manager.
I was a long time customer but if this is how you treat us I'm not returning. I had referred so many people to you and now I will be repeating to them what happened tonight.
I called to complain that the base is not cooked enough. It was still floppy and shiny and you could see the difference between the cooked and uncooked part of the pizza base.
They put me on to the manager/cook who was not obliging until I stated I was not happy. He spoke to me like an idiot and hung up on me mid conversation (apparently he didn't hear me still talking to him...very convenient). Especially when I was saying do you have my contact number to call me back!
They sent a car to pick up the pizza to see if the pizza was not cooked enough. The staff picking up the pizza said he agreed with us and would pass on my details to the owner and he apologised twice for us feeling unheard and for his manager hanging up on me.
Then the manager called me once he had the uneaten pizza back in the shop. Apparently they all agreed is was cooked and they've never had a complaint EVER about this. Well you have now. Even though you dissagree with me.
So did the staff member who agreed with us change his mind or doesn't his opinion and our opinion count?
The pizzas were provided to us under cooked twice tonight and the manager was belittling, not listening, cheeky and unempathic.
