My investment property has been destroyed under the management of Mancini. They allowed the tenant to cause up to $60k worth of damages, falsified routine inspection reports and breached numerous parts of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997. They have refused to take responsibility for their actions, it’s took them 6 months to get a tenant out. Let me make it clear that these people are happy to take your fees, but don’t care about your property. Stay away from them.
