Communication was prompt, got them on the line almost immediately and was able to get my dryer inspected same day, took all of 20 minutes to diagnose the issue.



Once diagnosed they took it away with an approx 1 week wait time as it required a replacement motor. I had the dryer back and working perfectly the next day without breaking the bank.

I had these guys come and look into my front loader. They came within 48hrs of the request, the guy was very knowledgable and diagnosed the fault very quickly... I requested a quote for repair which I was told would be supplied next day. After paying the $95 call out fee.. Radio silence. Business is clearly not interested in taking on work or providing thorough customer service.. I would not recommend.

Called this morning to see if someone could come out to check my washing machine which was blocked, would n't open & stuck on a cycle. They called back at noon and met me at home, all fixed and unblocked.

I would like to thank Peter for his amazing servicing of our Dishwasher. Our glasses and mugs that once came out of the dishwasher still with food marks are now bright and sparkling. My dryer was not heating up and would not dry clothes. In this weather not ideal. I made a call to Busy Bee. He came out the next day, had my dryer fixed within an hour, for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
