Met by the owner of the store on first visit, came across as very rude to me and my partner. To then have some guy talk to us like we have done something wrong. All we wanted was a logo put on a jumper. They didn't say they had a big back log and that we would have to wait weeks. Just took my number and said he will call (Witch they didn't).

After some time, I go back to the store to find out whats going on as I needed the jumper for an event I was going too.

For the person behind the counter to say "I've not started it yet and that you will have to wait."



They Should of said this from the start, so I could of gone else where rather than wait for disappointment.

Because of this I left a review saying how I was not impressed and how rude they came across to me.

A month later I go back to the store to ask if they have even started it yet, for the same guy to come out having a go at me for leaving a slightly negative review about my experience!



Highly unprofessional, rude staff that clearly needs training on customer services!
