We used Carey Industrial for general servicing of our Hook Lift. I do not usually give negative feedback but the service I have received from Carey Industrial was so bad that I feel I must share my experience to hopefully prevent this happening to others.



We took our truck in for preventative maintenance which cost over $8,000. After this we had to return the truck three times for errors with their works before the hook fell apart three weeks later. We engaged the services of another company to fix the problems at additional cost. This could have all been avoided if we had taken our Hook Lift to a professional company.



I hope that anyone looking to use this business does their homework before engaging them.
