Whilst their furniture may look nice their service and quality is not.
I went to look at a lounge suite on sale that is advertised at a RRP of $4k.
Their lounges come with no warranty at all!! When I questioned this, I was told rudely that Chinese products (theirs are not Australian) don't come with a warranty. This is completely incorrect. Places like Plush, Laura Ashley, Harvey Norman and French and English all have reasonable warranties. When I said I found this strange and that if it's a quality product most people would expect a warranty, I was told "well that's your opinion." The woman was defensive, combative and quite rude about standard questions. I would not buy furniture that didn't come with at least a structural warranty and would recommend you buy from somewhere else where you'll get a guarantee of quality and perhaps some good customer service.
