my 10 year old brother had broken the squeaker out of a toy, i had realised it was in his mouth after we had already left the shop, my partner put it in the bin obviously and i was about to come back to the shop to buy the toy he had broken, a lady working there with black hair had ran out of the shop by the time i was walking back toward them and began swearing up and down at me and my family, calling us poor, screaming my explanation was “bullsh!t” and stood outside of the shop making a commotion while i tried to calmly explain that we had no idea my brother had done this until we had exited the shop, and that i was just about to make him apologise and that i was going to pay for the damaged item. the blond girl stood in the shop door laughing at us calling us names. absolutely screamed us down infront of everyone, i have been contemplating going back in there to speak to someone but if that is the management you have then no thank you! you have no idea how much your words hurt my family, as if people don’t suffer the stereotypes enough! you’re response to the situation was absolutely disgusting and rude.
