Purchase made in March of this year...prepaid for item and told they would ship it to our address. Have called numerous times to ask about item to be told...on its way, on ship docked in ocean, will ring supplier and get back to you etc...asked for refund eventually - three times now..to be told OK will do it right now. No refund given. Goodbye to my money! I can only recommend if you are purchasing equipment from this store, pay and walk out with the goods and hope you don't require warranty on anything that may be faulty. And they wonder why people are not supporting local businesses and using the internet. By the way...its November tomorrow, 8 months of trying to do business and extra spent on phone calls. Would let it go except it is quite an amount of money to just give away and the principle of the matter is simply that it is stealing. really didn't want to give any stars but that's not an option so I gave it a one star so I could submit!
