Our recently purchased original beach shack and large block of land in Lorne with amazing potential but a minefield of work was transformed with ease thanks to the team at Belco Group.
We were recommended to contact Belco for assistance in our property renovation. Starting with a feature survey of our land and documentation of the existing building, we progressed quickly to site meetings to design our renovation both the interior and landscape.
Absolutely every service we sought in this design and building process, Belco Group provided.
Our renovation plans for both the house and the landscape were presented in a very professional and easy to visualise 3D format-even the kids could easily see what the 'new' house and garden would look like.
Expect outstanding and efficient service with high attention to detail and to have your ideas and specific requested needs met .The value for money is exceptional .
I highly recommend you speak to Cam and the team if you are looking to build or renovate stylishly in sympathy with the environment,and mindful of energy ratings.

We gave Cam a list of what we wanted, and he designed our beautiful 8 star energy-rated home and he added extra features of an internal limestone wall, and floating timber steps. It is sympathetic to the slope of the land, takes advantage of the views, suits our lifestyle and costs very little to run. The interior design service was also really helpful, and a bonus we appreciated. Thanks for making the process a positive one.
