Amazing Clean

Would not recommend this company. They tried to charge us $290 for a simple winding stick for an awning... that you can get for a few dollars online. Also their employee Andrew is rude and has a bad attitude. Not impressed.

Steven came to my home to remove and clean my curtains, he was extremely helpful and did things above and beyond what I thought he would do, I would definitely recommend the company and Steven to my friends

Andrew and Steve are very professionals and cared for our 12 silhouette blinds exceptionally well - the blinds come back like brand new

I engaged Amazing Clean to clean two sets of twin-track curtains for around $700. The Amazing Clean website states: "Our environmentally-friendly solution will also make sure that theres no shrinkage or colour loss in your curtains, especially for rubber-backed curtains which can be nearly impossible to clean!" Amazing Clean took the curtains away to clean. When the company returned to hang the curtains, the outside curtains were 7cm shorter than the inside curtains. When I pointed out that there had been significant and noticeable shrinkage, my concerns were dismissed. It was just too bad.

job was done, was supposed to be a recall (no charge). however was charged a service fee of $65.

technician did NOT inform of this until after the job was complete. did not present this story to head office.

reception at the head office was patronizing. downplaying the fee as a "small fee". totally ignored customers views. reception said was too busy to address customers concerns
