The person sent out was nice enough, nothing against them. But the slow draining bathroom sink they cleared for $251 began progressivley draining slower again almost immediately. The $251 included $49 for the mini eel they used (I have a big issue with this as well. Name another industry where you get explicitly charged for the tools used. That eel must have paid for itself a thousand times).



This was in a bathroom that has almost no usage except to wash hands.



Then one day another plumber sent to fix a different issue tried to pour a bucket of clean water down that same sink and it stopped flowing completely, with some nasty looking stuff floating up out of the drain.



When I contacted Piper's to suggest they didn't do their job properly and they might want to return I was met with a wall of indignance, indifference and victim blaming and a lovely offer to come back and fix it for several hunderd dollars more.



Avoid these cowboys, customers service and standing by their work are foreign concepts for them.
