I had plumbing issue from laundry sink.

I live in 1st floor. all dirty was came out and covered my washing machine. and that makes my washing machine door locked and didn't get open. and there was electronic was making spark and shocking. when my put fingers on the button, I get electrocuted.

so I unplug then been waiting



I been wait for 2weeks. then I made decision to fix myself.

because all my wear is heavyduty. gym wears and chef wears.

I making 5pieces everyday. from work and gym

that was really hardtime for me that's why I fix myself. instead wait. it was succesfull. but machine still need to be replace motherboard or some electronic part. it is working for now. but it might can make a fire in the future.



that's why my realestate out the job request to Atlas,



then a guy called who has this number end : 444

he was asking what is wrong with washing machine.



I have explained to him all.

and just in case I said one more time with this motherboard or electronic part must be replaced.



he said okay. then we made a appointment.



I wasn't at home so I left door open as we discussed for his vist.

he was there at 10 am and called me I said to him I will be back like half hour later.



I got home at 10:40

but he already left. seems like nothing has done. washing machine was on same location. and just his business card was on my machine.



I called to him for few times but he didn't answered for few days.



finally he answered today.

it was long very long and bad chat.



main point is this

I was ask him why didn't you done your job?

he : your realestate put me one the job. I have open the cover cleaned it and test it.

me: I explained you what need to be done. I already fix that issue.

him : we don't replace that.

me : why did you came here and charge then?

he :he : your realestate put me one the job.

me: yeah but before your visit. I explained you then we made a appointment right?

he : .. yeah but we don't do replacement.

me : why did you visit then?

him : he : your realestate put me one the job. what you want me to do?

me : I want you to report right. you said Washing machine faults were not due to laundry tub overflowing/flooding. on report.

but dirty water came out from laundry sink. that was covered my washing machine overnight.



him : we done mate.

the end of conversation he was yelling on me :( so scared. then block me..



and I can not believe that he done that many jobs in 30min? and charging us $154? What I can diffrent is he left business card. that's all

I really want to know.. why did he visit? what for? if he is not doing job what customer wants.

We run a small property management business and we use Darren for all our appliances. He is always happy to help and is well priced.

I had an issue with my fridge, i called atlas and they were extreamly professional, prompt and suitably priced. I have used them before and recomended them to others!.
