Ken Drew Town Planning

Absolutely terrible service. Ken refuses to communicate via telephone, but then takes days to respond to emails. Our builder did more work trying to sort everything out with the Council than Ken did. Minimal communication, missing information, lack of follow up... the list is endless. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
