Amazing Graze Flowers

Very disappointing experience. After reading other customer reviews now, I realize I made a mistake by not checking them earlier — the same issues happened with me. It’s just another scam. Even i faced racism from the employee when i called telling that Indians are the one giving bad reviews and other stuff mentioned below, like as per the service i had to write this review.



My time-sensitive graduation flower order was delivered to a reception without ever contacting me or informing the receptionist who it was for even after the order instructions were given, to send me a picture or the least they can do is give me an update. Then delivery guy texted me today and said see I delivered i was like you common this was for yesterday why you are sending me updates 1 day after. Emails and texts went unanswered. When I called politely for an update, the staff member forgot to disconnect the call and made racist remarks, including saying that “Indians think everything is free,” which makes no sense when I paid $120 for the order. When I pointed this out, the call was immediately disconnected and further calls were ignored.



I was offered only a $20 refund for the delivery mishandling, which is unreasonable given the situation. I was also pushed to accept a replacement bouquet after the event had passed, told it wouldn’t be sent, yet still received emails saying a new one was shipped.



This isn’t about money; it’s about professionalism and basic respect. Based on my experience and others’ reviews, I strongly recommend checking reviews before ordering here.

I ordered from Amazing Graze Flowers as per order #AGF127311 for a bouquet of flowers. I had requested pick up from the store at 10 am, however when I arrived at the store at 10:10 am the flowers had not been made for pick up. I had been advised this was due to high volume of walk in clients, this was disappointing given I had scheduled a time for pick up to make it both convenient for myself and the store. After waiting 25 minutes for my flowers to be made they were finally given to me and I left the store. After I left I realised they also had forgotten to include the card I had requested as part of my order. So I had to go back to get the card, which took them a further five minutes to find and then print.

This was overall a terrible experience and for flowers that should have been ready to pick up turned into a 25 minute wait. This time resulted in being late in travelling to rural Victoria to celebrate my Nans 80th birthday, which the flowers were a gift.

Incredibly disappointed with the service & the provided flowers were of a mid quality would not recommend anyone to purchase flowers from here.

Totally not value for money the pictured bunch I paid $85 for I could have bought Bette at Aldi, wanting refund still getting mucked around 24 hrs after I called and was on the phone for 45 mins

For money spent here. Would not recommend.

Flowers showed up wilted, bruised, disorganised.

Run and run far away from these people. Delivered the wrong items, then kept telling me that they would refund, but still haven’t.

They keep coming up with excuses, that Angel will have to check with her partner , and then I get another story the next time.

Paid over $450 for the wrong flowers to be delivered and they just do not care.

Excellent customer service, beautiful flowers, delivered on time with tracking & with photos for verification. Couldn’t be happier, would definitely use again!!!

My partner lives in France and decided to get me some flowers. A beautiful bunch was sent to my house…. Except they just took a photo of my building with the flowers and drove off. There’s a safe space in the lobby to leave them and concierge but they didn’t. We asked for them to be re sent to the house and they told us to put a code in the checkout and we’ll Only have to pay the delivery fee again… great we thought! So we go online, put the code in the checkout and they then proceeded to charge my partner 2X the delivery fee to re deliver the flowers. So $29 extra to deliver flowers that should have been delivered the first time. We asked them why? No answer. We asked them for a refund and we’re told that they had fulfilled their end of the service. Absolutely disgusting.

I would strongly recommend not using this company. They sent Happy Birthday flowers instead of Sympathy flowers. I understand mistakes happen. I called 10 times over a period of 2 days to speak to a manager ; after so many excuses, no body ever addressed my concerns. I spent $ 300 with this company. Some of the delivered flowers were dead. I strongly advise using another company to avoid the disappointment I have faced.
