Worst service. I have mu old damaged unit replaced with new Braemar LCQ550 evaporative

cooler beginning of Feb in Bendigo. I am calling for 4 weeks to send the warranty but keep hearing differrent execuses that not ready yet or staff are calling sick, we will call you back once ready ..etc.. Just had enough. It legal right to have warranty on your products. Worst customer service. No gift cards or trade in bonus were offerred qhich is misleading as well. Not recommended. I am thinking of taking it further.
