I went with my 9 week old cat today.
The receptionist and the vet were both absolutely lovely people and shared a lot of knowledge with me as i have never had a cat before. They answered all of my questions and definitely had Billi's well being at the top of their priority list.
They helped to keep her calm and made sure not to rush her into anything and even advised me on the best things to do to calm her anxiety as well.

I have always had positive experiences here. Matt has been great in looking after my rabbit who has teeth problems which requires a visit every few months , not only has he given great care he has saved me having to take the rabbit to the costly rabbits hospital. Many vets I have been too do not have quality experience with small animals so he has been a godsend. They also look after my dog and he loves visiting greencross vets. All staff are friendly and go out of their way to communicate and reassure you, such as, follow up calls and detailed advice.
