Give this Motel a big miss. Jill who manages this place is extremely miserable and toxic. My wife booked through an online booking site 19-Jul with our laptop as we were travelling and made the costly mistake of not scrolling down to the VERY VERY VERY bottom of the page to see no trailers and pets. I fully accept no pets and we had ours in the car. We said we would leave the car & trailer with our dog parked out on the street. This miserable individual would not have that and said my dog would bark. My Bluey doesn't have that behaviour. I asked for a refund and was told no. If it was booked direct with her then yes. Contacted the boooking site and still Jill refuses to refund our money. Even when NSW fair trading contacted her she refuses, even for a partial refund. STAY WELL AWAY from this establishment. Read all the online booking sites and all the reviews. There are a few reviews that speak the truth of the same bad attitude. Money grabbing miserable insidious slimy individual. Be more transparent on your ad, for all to see your conditions. Thief.....
