Promised "free" storage due to extended insurance review due to drunk driver , moved vehicle to outside private residence backyard left tailgate open flattened and damaged agm battery resulted in more damage when forced to tow from yard and PAY $2640 in unauthorised storage charges! Overquoted on claim , insurance company knocked back and this company and owner being investigated by multiple departments. STAY CLEAR

Beware will only help if your comprehensively insured so he can overcharge and score big off the insurance companies! Rod and his business dealings are currently being investigated by a number of authorities. Stay Away!

Both my daughters car and my car look brand new again. The staff were friendly and courteous and the inside of the car was detailed as well. They take so much pride in their work and it shows. Thankyou

Archers were great in all aspects. Booking; time lines, workmanship and communication.

They even painted a side mirror; which was not in quote.

DO NOT USE THIS CRASH REPAIRER. EVER! I had a car painter see my car today to look at the few issues I had, and burst out laughing at how bad it is...List of things they did whilst my car was in their care the first time: Drove it 100km without permission. stale cigarette odours present. Bumper scratched. Bonnet paint chips. didn't complete full works. Car returned with sap and bird poop which had tarnished paint as was with them 5 weeks. spattered paint primer from other cars on the car. State of car after returned the second time (made to fix issues by insurer): Resprayed with incorrect colour match so bad shows up in photos. Respray cloudy and poorly blended. Oversprayed onto other carbon fibre or panels. runs in paint. dirt and sandpaper grit in paint. paint so soft it depresses with a finger on it. tape marks all over paint and car, and an abrasion in the paint. The owner of archers even stood across from me and said there was no paint difference, when its so bad the bonnet/bumper difference shows up in photos, and he tried to show me where the poorly painted bumper against the front quarter panel looked the same...which is where they had oversprayed! So poorly oversprayed/blended that you can see where the subaru blue ends and their bad blue pearl mix starts! Very deceitful. Very cheap and shoddy. do not go here. I now have not just a bumper, but entire front end of my car needs to be resprayed.
