Called regarding leak in brickwork. Stated water meter check 'no obvious usage'.
A look at the brick work- could have been diagnosed 'smarter'. Straight to leak detection 'would have been far more cost effective and expedient. The small work done 'could have been done by anyone able to apply silicone'. And two visits later...Leak detection required.
