Highly not recommending any service from this dodgy company. Bunch of scammers sitting out there. I really doubt whether they hold an appropriate licence to provide financial services. I have contacted them 2 weeks back. Yilia Sui was the agent who was looking after for my truck finance. Normally when someone enquire a about finance, they take all your details and do a credit check from their end to see whether someone is eligible to get finance. This is the first company I have dealt with who asked me to pay for a credit report. They have asked me to pau $80 to Veda and get my credit report. They don't want to pull out my credit file because Veda will charge them! After waiting for two weeks when I could not get any appropriate answer, I started getting frustrated I was so frustrated and yelled at the lady that why would someone lie to me that they will call back when they know they cant because they are going on holiday. I told her, look please do not waste my time if you can't help me.
I received a phone call just after I spoke to Yillia. His name is Harry-who Claimed to be a Director of Loans Direct. He told me look we not going to process your file because you have shown "Aggression" ! I was devastated, I told him that wasn't "Aggression" that's call "Frustrations"! The guy threatened me that he will do something with my credit history as he has got all my personal info. When I told him I will report it to Fair Trading, he told me Fair Trading can do Nothing but sending some "Non sense Letter"!
How on earth A company's director can threat their customers I literally don't know. Please note they do not have any other offices anywhere except melbourne but if you go to their website you will see they have offices almost in every states. I found some interesting and concern raising issue about their Sydney Office!! I am in a process of take it to Victoria & NSW Fair trading and also going to report to ASIC about their scam activities
