I would give it a zero actually if I could . I regretted I didn’t check the reviews before I randomly walked into this store three weeks ago for fixing my 24K golden necklace. I finally got it back yesterday and I realised that it was much shorter than before. I had this necklace almost thirty years ago and I forgot it’s weight. So I don’t have the proof but I know how it is like when I wear it on my neck. I am very sad and angry now.

This business has zero customer service. Do not give them your valuable.

Terrible service. Never returned calls , over priced and took forever to get my jewellery back.They don’t even do the repairs- they outsource to another jeweller.
