Officeworks

I just drove to office works in Aspley as we ran out of paper and I had been doing book keeping, invoices and payments.

As I collect these items I went to the front desk to pay and released I hadn't brought my card due to using the card during work for payments.

Perfect timing, my phone is in being fixed today, so I asked if I could borrow a phone to call my partner to transfer to another card and prevent having to drive all the way home.

I have been to the Aspley store many times, the staff are usually great hence the 4 stars, but I have to say I feel it is really sad they wouldn't help me. I understand they may have "procedures", but it is really sad general human kindness and common sense doesn't come into play anymore, and the thought to just help someone else doesn't prevail over a rule, where they felt more comfortable leaving me stuck band having to leave instead.

I have handed someone my own phone seeing they were stuck, and I generally use my discernment to a situation to do what is best and think. It is a shame not many of us think like this anymore, rules trump common sense and kindness without a thought.

When asked for help about item they wear checky reply will never go back

I'm a large business spend a lot of time any money at officeworks

Will never never never go back

We will be ordering supply's online it is heaps loads cheaper and you don't have cheeky comments



Someone needs to fire the lot of them
