Queensland Pool Supplies

All I wanted was a new backwash line run from our pool equipment to the sewer line and the pool equipment moved. Some guy showed up an hour late after I left work to be there on time. He was clearly rushed and didn't care what he was doing. Didn't really listen to what I asked for. When he left, the pipes weren't straight, there was glue all over the ground and my builders had to rip it all up the following day. To their credit, QLD pool supplies tried to fix the problem, but over the next couple of weeks, the pool guy didn't show up as we were expecting. Eventually came back out to complete the job. Even though I was assured there would not be another invoice, another was sent. Over $620 in total over both invoices to re-plumb pipework and run a new backwash line!
