Recently I arrived on time on a Friday with my Carer for my usual shampoo and blow wave. One of the owners said to me, "We can't do your hair today we are too busy." There were two clients in chairs that appeared to be almost finished. It looked like they had time for my half hour usual appointment. Then she said, "You were supposed to come in on Thursday and to phone me." I was shocked by her lies so I said, " I am sure you've got younger clients to come on a Thursday and for me to ring you was ridiculous. I expect respect from you and if you can't I will have to report you." Then she said "You can come in at 12.30pm." I said, "But I won't be able to have a Carer to bring me." So I went in by taxi." There were no clients there only the two hairdressers and no clients waiting so there was no need for a Thursday appointment. On another occasion I was sitting down in a chair and the other owner put a comb through my fringe and cut it. I asked, "Why are you thinning my fringe?" She said, "You are delusional I was only cutting your fringe short." I replied, "I saw you do it !" I had waited 16 weeks since her first cut waiting for my hair to grow in my fringe and over my ears. This insult was enough to make me loose my patience and I yelled at them about their treatment. The person who cut my hair said, " I think you better go elsewhere. " I then said, " I had no intention of ever coming back here! " I think they both think they are free to do and say whatever they like to a woman close to 90 years of age who is suffering from ill health and without them having any consequences. However I have great faith in an almighty righteous creator God, Jesus Christ the mighty one will avenge me of my persecutors, may they neither prosper nor prevail, may they stumble and fall and their everlasting shame never be forgotten. For without cause they rose up against me and may the net they set for me, be the net they fall into. God will protect me.

Been going there practically my whole life, friendly, fast and efficient. Not to pricy in comparison to other hairdressers and the cut is always quality.

Just a rip-off! Went for a hair cut, colouring and treatment and ended up paying $290.
Gosh!! Thats a lot of money. It is one of the most expensive hairdresser I have ever been to. Please avoid.
