Amazing service.

I have had my hair cut there a few times couldn’t love it more. Very friendly

I wanted a nice layered hair style and I got a totally uneven disaster. One side longer than the other. One ear covered and the other not. Fringe uneven and too long. It was just shocking and I am kicking myself for going there thinking that I would walk out with at least a decent, even nice looking haircut. I am guttered. The Worst thing is that I wanted to have a good haircut because I've arranged a Surprise 79th Birthday Party, I bought a new outfit and all to look my best, but Janel took that away from me when she botched my hair. Because I won't be walking into the Party feeling and looking good, I will be self conscious about how my hair looks. Feeling Sad, Disappointed and Angry. Not Happy.

My request for a trim resulted in the attached photo. I did not expect much as it was done very quickly and carelessly but I thought it would at least be even. I was willing to forgo the bad haircut and get it fixed elsewhere and simply wanted a return of my money. It was what transpired after which is the only reason I would even take the time to write a review. I called the salon and requested a refund which was refused by Kelly, who claimed refunds are “against salon policy”. When I informed her that this is against ACCC polices I was belittled and abused by her, claiming my hair was a mess, I probably do this everywhere and patronising me something chronic. After a day long tug of war for a refund to recoop the cost of the corrective cut at another salon, whilst in the middle of another appointment, Kelly slapped the money in my hand telling me “do not ever come back” (while her client watched). Appalling service. Awful haircut and zero diplomacy or class.
