Pitiful service

They lied about product availability over the phone, had to travel across town to find I had to settle for a substandard product which was also unfit for my purpose.

I was met with a snotty server with an attitude problem, given my frustration.

Since finding dubious reviews, which I typically ignore, they are obviously employees and managers taking paybacks on honest customers, I decided it would help to give a real review which may be of help.

Product: Great if they quit it with the lies.

Service: Lose the attitude.

Recommendation: Not under the circumstances. If they treat customers with some modicum of respect, then I will take it back. Till then, let the buyer beware.

Bad product

Brought Salmon fillets skin off apparently sashimi quality and when I got it home they were full of bones and when I rang shop to let them know was informed that they do not remove the bones from their fillets why is this not on the price tag along side the skin off only shop I know of that doesn't bone their fillets never again especially for the price

Worst customer service

I rang this business to find out the price of the lobsters. Thus began my saga. I have to agree with Harding T about this place. The lady who answered spoke at about 100 words per second without answering my question about the price per kilo of lobsters and how many lobsters per kilo (depending on its size). I had to ask her the same question more than once - three or four times - and she spoke over me. She began to question my knowledge of lobsters and started lecturing me on "how much" she knew about lobsters because she had been selling them for the last twenty five years!!!!!! Oh my my my!!! She had a thick accent but could speak English relatively well. She refused to answer my simple question until I rephrased it several times - she was really trying my goodwill and patience. She superciliously asked if imjhad gone to the shop and that I'd I hadn't I should go into the shop.....really in this day and age and in this English speaking country why do I need to go into the shop (which is a long way from my home) when I should be able to get the information over the phone. With all due respect to Mr/Ms Parineeta K, I do not know how anyone can say that place has 'very helpful staff'. This woman needs to get training about how to speak to and answer succinctly questions put to her from potential customers who potentially will be paying her wages!!!

I normal dont do this unless i have something good to say but this time for the 2nd time I bought cooked crabs there yesterday. They were horrible I will never buy seafood there again. The last time I bought crabs there I sent an email of complaint and the fish factory never bothered to reply. Worst place to buy crabs

Un doubtfully the best place to buy seafood in Adelaide.Always fresh seafood and very helpful staff.
