Burns Water

Always try to fit me in around my shift work. Never an issue with water quality, always friendly and helpful.

We had water delivered and it had a metallic film over the top of it. We have since found out it was most likely bore water which they happily put in our drinking water without telling us. They market it as "spring water" - don't fall for it. When I mentioned this I was told they contaminated their "beautiful water" by putting it in my "dirty tank". Rude and not the way to deal with a complaint. Steer clear there are other water cartage companies around.

I have been using them for years. However, today when he turned up he was extremely rude towards me an complained about access to the tank which he had great access to. He said he is going to charge me more and my place is becoming a problem. But he was able to easily get in and fill the tank with no problems. I will never use this service again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else.
