I Purchased a 22m x 14m shed from Western Sheds (highly recommended) and Jason and his team from Bell Constructions were recommend for the installation. At the same time I purchased the shed Jason was doing an installation on my street for a neighbour and I managed to meet Jason and see his workmanship first hand, and was very impressed. The only issue was Jason said he had 9 months’ work in front of him but after seeing his quality of work I decided to wait for him. The wait was well worth it as a couple of other friends had sheds erected by other installers with very ordinary installations.

Jason communicated very well and kept me up to date from start to finish. After finishing each day, they would clean up. As my shed was installed during late winter rains, during clean up the workers would blow all the metal swarf off purlins then collect it with magnetic sweepers to prevent rust and stains, how thoughtful.

Good to see in this day and age a team of workers that take pride in their work and very, very happy with the finished product. I highly recommend Jason and his team for any shed installs, but be prepared to wait.

Jason and his team erected our 3 bay 20 m x 11m shed from Western Sheds in Jandakot. Jason has a good group of workers and sub-contractors that he uses that all treated our place just as if it was their own - no rubbish thrown around, care and consideration of our property and we were kept informed all through the construction process and kept up to date with delays arising from variations we requested and the supply of extra materials. Jason's knowledge and experience of shed constructions meant that he could give some extra suggestions that we had not considered when planning the initial shed - these, such as vermin proofing the lockup bay, have improved the versatility and usefulness of the shed. Great to see that Jason is also training up the next generation of builders. We were delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Jason and his Bell Construction Company - a return to decent service delivered in a polite and timely manner.

Jason and his team recently completed a 14 x 10m workshop for me. Throughout the whole exercise, he was really easy to talk to and explained how each phase of the works would be completed in detail.

The shed was sourced through Western Sheds. Shortly following the build, I noticed a few areas of improvement to lift the knee braces further up into the rafters to enable more space around the perimeter. I discussed these with Jason and he was more than happy to see how we could go about the changes. He had the shed re-engineered by an engineering contact with the suggested additional bracing that could be installed to lift the knee braces. Jason kept me updated the whole way through and I could not be happier with the finished product. The shed is exactly how I pictured it would be.

when the supplier delivered damaged good, Jason was straight onto contacting the company and making sure I got new parts with out and hassles. organizing slab down and the needed machinery to do the job saved a lot of time. his work ethic and communication is unmatched with any other builder I have dealt with. I 110% recommend Jason for any project.

In this crazy time of delays and disappointment it was seriously refreshing to deal with such a professional and respectful tradesperson. Jason could not have done any more to make me feel confident that the job would be completed on time and to a standard second to none and he delivered on all accounts. Very impressed with the regular communication, professional approach, excellent workmanship and Courteous and respectfulness from both Jason and his workers.
