This business sent wrong part and will not refund or send correct part, buyer beware.. shaft on right is correct from another seller one on left is what they sent, clearly wrong part sent and they claim its correct. totaly different.

Subaru quoted me $850 to replace front left drive shaft on 2012 XV. I bought it from CV joints Auburn for $130 and replaced it in 40mins. Too easy.

All the guys there are really easy to deal with! Have bought various car parts from here over the years and always been pleased with the after sales support these guys give.

Ordered parts Friday afternoon and realized I had ordered the wrong parts (bugger) got in contact with these guys on the phone and explained the situation. The bloke on the other end of the phone was more than willing to help, Got a call back within 5 minutes telling me they had unpacked all the parts and swapped out to the parts that I needed. Was posted out that afternoon and got to me Monday! Perfect service and much faster and easier to deal with than any other spares parts stores that I have used!! Will be using them again for sure !!!

Purchased 2 new cv drive shafts.
Warranty (1 year or 20,000km)

Product failed (2 months & less than 10,000km)

Company refused to honor warranty.

Requested refund, new product, or repair at company's cost.

over a month and no settlement. (and no working vehicle)

Horrible customer service, and breaks the law by not living up to warranty.
