Fisher & Paykel

Absolutely the worst. Can only give you a five-hour window (so you'll have to take the day off work), and never showed up. I'm so angry. And out of pocket. And my dishwasher is still not fixed. Never go near these manufacturers, they do not give a rats about their customers.

Whatever you think about Fisher & Paykel products, I'm pretty sure no other brand has a service that comes to your door, and either fixes the problem, or takes the product for repair or replacement. Called them on a Friday, they turned up as booked 7am sharp Tuesday morning, and fixed the problem.
So much better than lugging your dryer/ whatever it is to a repair place, or paying for a call-out.
Me? I'm stoked on this occasion.

Fridge was damaged during move and gas leaked. Easy enough for me to work out where damage occurred so I requested F&P to come and repair. Firstly, they didn't reply and after a follow up enquiry 4 days later they quoted $600 to replace a small copper tube and re-gas the fridge!!!! Suffice to say, I won't be getting F&P to fix my fridge and I probably won't be buying a F&P refrigerator again either

Called for service on a washing machine. Nothing available for 4 days. Could only mean one thing. There are that many faults with Fisher and Paykel washing machines that they don't have enough staff to fix them. Not good enough. Looks like its another brand on the way.
