Didn't show up even though I booked about 10 days out. Jay chose the day and time. Left packed and ready to go, no mover. When he finally did respond to texts later in the day, and I left him a poor Google review, he told me that he changes the company name all the time, and that he'll just change it again. Dreadful, the worst possible service. Avoid at all costs.
