Must be the covid. These people have turn to a very shifty business. I will never shop here again. eBay charge $20 for the item. I ordered the wrong item, so came for an exchange, but that’s ok for not agreeing to exchange. I gave them that item for free to resell. I had to buy the correct item ($20 on eBay) He went on eBay changed the price to $35 in front of me. Then say give me cheaper price of $25. Where has all the honest people gone this day?

Bad customer service, advised me to purchase the wrong item, then made me pay for my own postage to send it back, and took 3 months, multiple messages to refund, and they only sent me 70% of what i paid.



Hard business to deal with, will never buy from them again.

I ordered a part that was in stock on their website and paid for express shipping. A week later, I called and I was told that the part was on order and it would arrive later that week. After a fortnight I called again and I was told that two customers ordered the same part and only one arrived. The other customer had been sent the part. The part had been ordered again to supply to me, but it would be another week. The entire time this part remained “in stock” on their website. On the upside, the cart process was fast and the refund came through immediately.

I just received an oven fan heating element from POWAS, addressed to me, on the Austpost Label, but the address on the box was to someone else. Go Figure.

Very poor communication and rude over the phone. Not willing to listen to customer. Promised to deliver the part in 5 business days, it has been 9 business day without receiving the item. Charge me $20 dollars for express post, which way more than what Australia post charge. And only ship the item after I call and ask for it a week later.

Not recommended

Received my item on time. They said what time it would be there between 10 o’clock and 12 o’clock and it arrived in between those hours. Great service

I have received the ordered sacrificial anode one week before the supposed date.

I ordered an oven element from Powas it only cost me $40 with delivery, it was delivered 1 week prior to what they said (good) and was the correct item and it"s working well...Thanks guys.

Listen to others! Do not buy from Powas pty ltd, it also trades as snow*boy on EBay, Salin appliance and iglooo. You are likely to lose hundreds! or spending months of time with list of legal documents in Paypal dispute! Disgusting!

30 days no item sent no contact. Don’t answer emails. Escalated to PayPal review. Refunded immediately. Must have poor history. Stay clear of these clowns.
