what they show is not what they deliver, first & last time I ever shop from them.

My wife bought a Harvard desk, drawer and return set for $1200 and what we got was a piece of crap. The return and drawer where of decent quality and was delivered pre assembled. The quality of the desk itself was terrible, blemishes on every corner and all MDF board (low density and quality). The desk came in six pieces which should have been easy to install if everything fitted but almost everything went wrong. For the front plate of the desk I had to enlarge and countersink six holes with a drill so that the screws will fit (screws given was either too short or the front plate itself was not manufactured correctly). I had to re-drill another 3-4 holes because there was debris stuck inside and the cam nut would not fit. Two of the cam screws that attached the table top to the front plate were misaligned so they where useless. In the end there was only 4 cam lock and nut holding the top of the table to the bottom. I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled this time because it was THE WORST piece of furniture I have ever encountered.

Very poor customer service. The staff seemed ignorant of the product range that was available. There were two blatantly different chairs to choose from for the table we purchased. They had no way of differentiating between them ( by name, code etc.). We were told we would just have to gamble that the right ones would be delivered. When we had the wrong chairs delivered through this idiotic system and we returned to the Auburn Store the Customer Service Person was rude and argumentative and said that we were wasting her time when we were the ones who had to wait two months to receive the wrong product! She had no suggestions for solving our issue and walked off in a mood leaving us with no option than to ask for a refund and shop elsewhere. Anyone thinking of shopping there please do yourselves a favour and don't!!
