I requested 3 white roses with asters for a funeral bouquet… initial interaction was good with the owner offering to contact the funeral parlour to confirm a delivery time . I asked to be sent a picture before they were sent & was assured that would happen. It didn’t… there were about three phone calls to discuss this . Short staffed was one reason given which I understand.. however when the bouquet is made to take a pic would be a quick thing to do & having been told this would happen I was angry it didn’t . After the last phone call I was eventually sent a photo of a replica bouquet … it was a bunch of white roses with some asters … not what I asked for at all … but too late to do anything… The reason I requested three white roses was a representation of a mother & daughter who had passed & one daughter remaining. The Aster was a September flower which was the mothers birth month . I am angry that I wasn’t listened to … that I was over promised & under delivered on service . You only get one chance to show respect to a person who has passed & when it is a funeral request the upmost care should be taken to get it right . Totally unforgivable

Thanks so much for helping me out today, I ordered flowers online from bloomex and they did not deliver them, I rang Bacchus Marsh Florist & Nursery and they helped me instantly..

Although Bloomex looks like it’s in Bacchus Marsh it definitely isn’t this florist.
